Breakfast Blend
Yields: 2 cups
1 beet, chopped
1⁄2 banana
1 cup pineapple, chopped 1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup grapes
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 cup blueberries
1. Push beet, pineapple and grapes through the juicer.
2. Blend the juice mixture with the blueberries, banana, chia seeds, and coconut oil.
3. Serve Immediately.
